Karen Poulter

Karen brings over 25 years of experience in the finance industry. In her role as Documentation Specialist, Karen manages the loan process cycle from approval, to the coordination and preparation of loan and security documentation, ensuring compliance, and completing booking and funding of transactions.

Prior to joining the CWB Franchise Finance team, Karen worked at GE Capital and USM Capital Inc. in various roles allowing her to build her varied experience providing comprehensive support offering customized financial solutions to clients.
