Patrick Schofield

Patrick is responsible for originating financing to owners of branded hotels with a national mandate across Eastern Canadian markets. Since 2012, his experience has been solely focused on structured financing in the hospitality sector allowing him to gain an in-depth understanding of new construction, re-positioning, take-out, acquisition and refinancing transactions.

Patrick has also spent time in Risk, Structuring and Portfolio roles at CWB, building a cross-functional skill set which allows him to understand all elements of a financing agreement.

Patrick attended the University of Guelph, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Economics and Finance, graduating with honours.
